Butch Chelliah is the Founder and CEO of BizConnect360, a business-to-business consulting firm specializing in scalable growth infrastructure across capital strategy, marketing automation, revenue alignment, protection planning, and authority positioning.
Butch Chelliah is an entrepreneur, strategist, and business ecosystem architect who helps organizations grow through structured collaboration and scalable systems. He has spoken on stages around the world and trained thousands of sales professionals and entrepreneurs on business development, leadership, and revenue growth.
Over the course of his career, Butch has worked across sales coaching, business funding, insurance distribution, community-based revenue systems, and collaborative media. He is known for building interconnected business platforms that align revenue generation, protection, automation, and brand authority into one cohesive strategy.
His work has supported entrepreneurs, financial professionals, nonprofits, and established business owners seeking sustainable, systemized growth.

Hudson Townsend
COO / VP Fundable360
Hudson Townsend oversees operations across the BizConnect360 ecosystem, helping turn strategy into structured execution. He works closely with leadership and internal teams to ensure each division operates seamlessly and stays aligned as the organization continues to grow.
Hudson earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Arizona State University and plays a central role in supporting day-to-day operations across the organization, helping teams stay coordinated while maintaining a strong and consistent experience for clients.
Outside of work, you’ll usually find him fishing, on the golf course, or enjoying time with the people closest to him.
Alicia Bryan serves as the Operations Director for Share360, where she works closely with businesses and nonprofit organizations to create sustainable, zero-cost philanthropy that benefits both decision makers and the communities they serve. By leveraging her background in payment processing, nonprofit fundraising, and operational leadership, Alicia helps businesses support the causes they care about while providing nonprofits with a reliable, scalable funding source. Her focus is on helping organizations remain “in” their mission rather than constantly working “on” fundraising.
A proud United States Army veteran, Alicia previously served as an Intelligence Analyst, where she developed strong analytical, strategic, and leadership skills that continue to guide her work today. Her military service instilled a deep commitment to service, accountability, and community impact — principles she carries into every partnership she builds.

Division Lead Legacy360
Taylor Chelliah is the Division Lead for Legacy360, focused on helping business owners and professionals build, protect, and transition their wealth and legacy. In her role, she oversees program development, partner relationships, and the coordination of specialists who deliver strategic solutions in estate planning, asset protection, and succession strategy.
Taylor brings a thoughtful, interdisciplinary approach to her work, combining strategic insight with a strong understanding of how financial, legal, and personal planning intersect. She holds a Master’s degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from the University of North Texas, where she developed a broad analytical framework that informs her leadership and problem-solving style.
She enjoys camping, international travel and is known to impress the room at karaoke clubs.
Nick D’ Cruz is the Director of Development for Scale360, the AI and automation division of BizConnect360. He is also the founder of WiBiz.ai, a technology platform specializing in AI-powered business automation and digital scaling systems, which now partners with BizConnect360 as the technology backbone behind Scale360.
Nick leads the development and integration of AI-driven solutions that help businesses automate processes, improve efficiency, and scale their operations through intelligent technology. His work focuses on bridging advanced automation tools with practical business applications, empowering companies to operate more effectively in an increasingly digital economy.

Jenae Noonan serves as an Advisor to Media360, the media and publishing division of BizConnect360, where she helps guide initiatives that elevate entrepreneurs, leaders, and changemakers through strategic media, storytelling, and publishing opportunities.
A five-time Gold Medal Champion representing the United States, Jenae brings the discipline, resilience, and performance mindset of a world-class athlete to the organizations she supports. Her career in elite competition has shaped her leadership philosophy—centered on preparation, excellence, and the ability to perform at the highest level under pressure.
In her advisory role with Media360, Jenae contributes to the development of media platforms that help influential voices expand their reach and credibility through podcasts, digital media, and book publishing. Her unique perspective as both a champion athlete and advocate for high performers makes her a powerful voice in helping individuals translate their personal journeys into messages that inspire and impact others.
